What is Liveability Index (LI)?

Liveability Index is a breakthrough rating methodology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), conceived and launched by Edelweiss Real Estate Advisory Practice. LI rates projects distributed by REAP on the quality of life basis proximity to daily necessities of social, economic and cultural importance.

How is the Liveability Index computed?

The LI algorithm has been developed by data scientists leveraging AI, geospatial analytics and public amenities data. These encompass coverage, proximity, accessibility and quality of core living standards like health, education, security, travel, entertainment, finance, food, etc.

How can you use LI for your home search?

A high LI indicates a project with higher quality of life. For a specific area, a high LI and low price project indicates a “must buy”.
LI only compares projects in a specific area. Projects from two different areas cannot be compared by their Living Indices.
